Description
IQ Plus Ratchet is constructed of eco-friendly Siam Oak wood. It is played by twirling the instrument around in circles so that the wooden bar revolves around the handle quickly. The result is a loud cackling sound which can be made faster or slower by how quickly the handle is being spun.
